Displayways acquires Mintsource

Today 7thOctober 2015 Displayways are proud to announce the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Mint Source Visual Communications Limited for an undisclosed sum. Mint Source has operated in the consultancy, management and production of events and large format display solutions for the past 12 years and has gained an excellent reputation for providing visual branding consultancy, graphic solutions and exceptional service to brands, creative agencies and businesses alike. Sue Woods founder of Mint Source has previously held Directorships and senior management positions with the likes of Service Graphics and Photobition, Sue will remain with the business to manage the existing client base.

Woods said “I am proud to have grown the business from scratch to a point where we are able to deliver a complete display solution to our customers. Our customers value the partnership approach we are able to provide but I felt that the business now requires investment and the support of a larger organisation to take it forwards. I will remain fully involved in supporting the clients whilst Displayways will be able to better support the project management, production and installation of projects through their greater capability and capacity”.

Rob Kelly, MD of Displayways said “I have known Sue for many years and am delighted to have her on board, she approaches business with a high level of integrity and is well known for her vast experience. Since my partner Peter Sheldrick and I purchased Displayways in the summer of 2012 we have embarked upon an investment programme in people, processes and equipment designed to create the foundations for growth. The acquisition of Mintsource fits perfectly with our strategy to grow our market share at the bespoke end of the Display Graphics Market. Displayways are renowned for providing graphics and display solutions for unusual, complicated and difficult applications and Sue has the same philosophy and approach to the market whereby we both provide a consultancy to clients who want and need the highest level of support”.
