Displayways has provided an Eco range of material substrates since 2009. In the early years it would be safe to say that the uptake was minimal and the cost high. Today both these factors have changed and we are able to deliver the higher standards required of an Eco aware marketplace in the form of an Eco range of materials at acceptable costs.
Recycling Service
Displayways offers a recycling service for those wishing to engineer in sustainability to projects. We can for example develop methods for our clients that allow the re-use solid substrates across several projects or re-use of part of the graphic assets. For more information contact us.
Environmental Policy
Displayways Environmental Policy covers operational method statements and operating procedures, material sourcing from reputable, accredited and FSC accredited suppliers and the use of a contracted accredited waste management company. For a copy of the policy please contact us.
The range of products shown below is not an exhaustive list. New products are bought to market regularly. Displayways undertakes R&D, testing and sampling of new Eco print products and updates the Eco offering frequently. Additionally if you have knowledge of any products that may be suitable for your project Displayways are happy to sample and test those products.
ECO EXTERIOR BANNER
PVC-free short term exterior banners. 100% polyester
based and B1 fire rated.
ECO WALLPAPER / ECO CANVAS
Made from 100% recycled polyester. Can be used as a printed canvas material or pasted direct to interior walls. B1 fire rated.
ECO INTERIOR BANNER FABRIC
The yarn for this material is made from Recycled plastic bottles. 100% polyester so PVC free. B1 fire rated.
ECO INTERIOR BANNER FABRIC BLOCKOUT
100% polyester so PVC-free. B1 fire rated.
ECO WALL VINYL
100% polyester so PVC-free. M1 fire rated. Removable.
Ideal for temporary use on painted walls where product must be removed without damage. This will depend on the painted walls being prepared to an industry standard.
ECO VINYL
100% polypropylene so PVC-free. Water based adhesive. B1 fire rated. Available as a permanent or removable product.
ECO FOAM BOARD
Lightweight and rigid board. Made from 100% polystyrene. Product is 100% recyclable.
ECO FOAMEX
Made from 100% FSC certified paper & is 100% recyclable.
ECO PULP BOARD
Made from ground wood pulp & recycled paper.
ECO ACRYLIC
Made from 100% recycled materials.
ECO DISPLAY BOARD
Made from reusable, renewable & 100% recyclable kraft paper. Comes in various thicknesses and raw brown faced or coated white. Extremely rigid for various applications and forms of construction.
ECO ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE
100% recyclable, lightweight, long term very strong rigid panel for internal and external signage use.
TIMBER
The majority of our Ply and MDF products are FSC
and PEFC approved, please ask for details.
