Ruth and Elliot Handler founded Mattel Creations in 1945, and 14 years later, Ruth gave the world the Barbie doll.  The inspiration for Barbie came as Ruth watched her daughter Barbara playing with paper dolls.  The enduring icon that is the Barbie Doll is still going strong today.

Recently Displayways were asked to produce the displays for a Barbie “Pop Up” store.  The scope of work included, branded plinths, cut acrylic letters and logos, large format graphics and construction of set pieces.
